Las cajitas y envoltorios para regalos están de moda, en cuanto a cajas hay diversidad de modelos, todos puedes personalizarlos y los puedes encontrar gratis en cualquier web, me encantan las que puedes personalizar a tu estilo.
Podemos hacer las cosas con lo que tengamos a nuestro alcance, si no tienes tinta a color para imprimir, puedes imprimir solo el modelo de la caja y personalizarlo con otros materiales como presento hoy. Si no tienes impresora, puedes hasta calcar el modelo y adaptarlo a tu gusto.
Muchas paginas web ahora nos ofrecen muchas imágenes gratuitas que podemos usar.
Aquí tienes el modelo de la caja. Ahora acompáñame a ver cómo la personalicé.

Hello everyone!
Gift boxes and wrapping are all the rage right now. When it comes to boxes, there’s a huge variety of designs available; you can personalise them all and find free templates on any website. I love the ones you can customise to suit your own style.
We can make things with whatever we have to hand. If you don’t have colour ink for printing, you can just print out the box template and personalise it with other materials, as I’m showing you today. If you don’t have a printer, you can even trace the template and adapt it to your liking.
Many websites now offer a wealth of free images that we can use.

Edité la caja antes de imprimirla para retirarle el fondo que traía para ello usé Medibang Paint Pro. Puedes usar cualquier programa de edición si no consigues una caja sin diseños.
Luego imprimí el diseño en cartulina opalina. Claro que puedes usar otras y cualquier color.

I edited the box before printing it to remove the background; I used Medibang Paint Pro for this. You can use any editing software if you can’t find a box without any designs on it.
I then printed the design onto opaline card. Of course, you can use other types of card and any colour.

Recorta siguiendo las líneas guías del diseño. Para ello usé la tijera y un cutter.
Con la regla y la herramienta con punta remarcas las líneas que tienen líneas de trazos cortos, esto ayudará en el proceso de doblar.
Dobla dejando las marcas hacia a dentro.

Cut along the design guidelines. I used scissors and a craft knife to do this.
Using the ruler and the pointed tool, go over the lines marked with short dashes; this will make folding easier.
Fold the paper with the creases facing inwards.

Solo apliqué pegamento en una de las esquinas, estas cajas después de marcarlas parece que se arman solas.
Junta los dos paneles que tienen el asa, luego introduce las pestañas pequeñas en las ranuras de los laterales.
Para unir la base, solo junta ambas piezas como si los paneles laterales se abrazaran, puedes aplicar pegamento para que queden más seguras si tu regalo es un poco pesado.

I only applied glue to one of the corners; once you’ve marked them out, these boxes seem to assemble themselves.
Join the two panels with the handle, then slot the small tabs into the grooves on the sides.
To assemble the base, simply join the two pieces together as if the side panels were hugging each other; you can apply glue to make them more secure if your gift is a bit heavy.

Una vez armada la caja procedo a realizar los elementos que la decoran.
Corto un trozo de papel coreano con forma de ondas y la pego en la base de la caja.
De la cartulina roja recorto varios corazones de diferentes tamaños.
Pego los corazones aleatoriamente en la caja.

Once the box was assembled, I set about making the decorative elements.
I cut a piece of Korean paper into a wavy shape and stuck it to the base of the box.
I cut out several hearts of different sizes from the red card.
I stuck the hearts onto the box in a random pattern.

Luego con el marcador blanco dibujo unos puntos en los corazones y el papel coreano, tambien si gustas puedes escribir palabras.
Esta es una caja ideal para obsequiar dulces. Espero sea de tu agrado.

Then, using a white marker, I draw some dots on the hearts and the Korean paper; you can also write some words if you like.
This is the perfect box for giving sweets as a gift. I hope you like it.

I really like the options you suggest for when we can’t find plain box templates or patterns, or if we don’t have a printer. It reminded me of when I ran my handmade chocolate business and designed the boxes myself in Photoshop, using a blank box template I’d found.
But this way of personalising it with other materials makes it even more handmade and perfect for giving someone a lovely little gift, perhaps some delicious chocolates or a small surprise. I’ve loved it, thank you so much and a big hug!💗
