my savings are still standing and on track, I'm still in my plan to advance profits, this month I got 6 hbd of interest which is quite good, there is still a lot of work to do but the current work is already bearing other fruits :3

I don't do CubLife myself; when it first launched I couldn't figure it out. If a thing is too complicated for my foggy brain to grok, I don't do it. I sold off whatever cub I got in the airdrop, almost right away since there was talk about it disappearing if you didn't invest it, or something, which only added to my confusion.
Okay, I'm wondering whether there is a confusion between CUBLIFE and CubFinance?
I found CubFinance (or is it CUBFINANCE 😅) very confusing,I swapped all my CUB for something else with @spinvest, so now the SPinvest fund manages all the CUB and whatever you have to/can pair it with and I don't have to worry about it.
CUBLIFE is the LEO income version of EDS - you buy some and then start receiving LEO every Friday. It's a separate token to CUB and all CUB's associated fun and games 😂.
OH, see, I didn't know they were two different things! LOL! Thank you for the clarification. Okay, a pays-Leo version of EDS sounds great! 😂

For this week's competition;
I appreciate anyone who puts in the effort to set up a way for us all to increase our earnings. However, Cublife seems over-complicated compared to EDSMM.
With EDSMM, we buy a token which acts as a miner, and get rewards in EDS and a HIVE dividend. It's possible to unstake EDSMM (although why anyone would want to is a separate question !).
With Cublife, you have to give tokens away, so there's no option to reclaim them if the scheme doesn't work for you. You have to rely on the earnings coming back to cover the cost of the tokens you give away. If I understand it right, it also seems to work on a monthly cycle, compared to EDSMM which just chugs away spitting out EDS.
Overall, I probably won't do Cublife because LEO and HIVE (the tokens you have to give them) are the top two I'm trying to stack. But if there was an EDSMMM (Micro-miner ? 😁) I'd definitely put some fiat into it.
Oh, and Larynx... yep, I'm holding that to see what it does. I've staked and delegated it, but not seen any returns yet. It would be nice if we could buy more in LeoDex or Hive Engine !

I'm confused now: which tokens do you have to give away with CUBLIFE?
The way I read it (in the "This month's Tokens Issue" section on their post) is you have to send them HIVE or LEO in order to receive the CL tokens. I can't rule out that I'm missing something - it all seems convoluted to me, even though everything in the crypto space often seems designed with deliberate complexity built in. The KISS (keep it simple...) principle appears to have been abandoned for crypto projects !
It's no different from buying EDS or EDSMM - you're buying CL in this case.
CL is the LEO income equivalent of EDS.
CL tokens are issued once a month, that's true, but you can transfer HIVE or LEO at any time through the month, and more than once each month, so every week, for example, and some people have a recurring payment in place each month so they don't miss the deadline.
LEO income is paid out weekly on Fridays.
CL is also available on the market sometimes when purchasers want to resell.
Another great week for me, I picked up some more EDS tokens as edsmm have now sold out. I am still trying to get to my goal of 1,000 EDS tokens I will get there but it will take longer than I was hoping for. Oher than that picking up some of my other coins as well as some folks are selling for far less than they are worth.

I don't really think CubLife can replace EDSMM. From my view, I think the Defi space is a little uncertain right now and they are also making changes to their pools right now.

That's a good point about changes in the Defi pools.
I've sent a query to @silverstackeruk for more information about what's happening and the direction of travel.
Can I check who is making changes to their pools?
I think you can follow along with an account in a block explorer but I don't think there is an easy way to do so for the entire pool. So if it's in regards to CL and what they are doing, I guess silverstackeruk is the best person to ask.

The highlight of my week was receiving my 5.463 HBD as interest on my HBD Savings. I'm pleased to be able to save the recommended amount according to the Savings Club Chart. I did have to restart to Week 1 a couple months ago when Hive first dipped in the bear market.

CubLife (not CUB) is not like EDSMM at all. CubLife is an income token, EDSMM is a miner. However, would it be a good replacement for someone wanting to make regular savings and build their passive income?
