Winter has come to town / My Actifit Report Card: November 21 2023 [ENG/PL]

This morning, when my wife and I got up to prepare breakfast for the kids for school, we look and there is snow. It's been a long time since I remember when I was so happy to see this beautiful white powder.

Of course, our children, as befits the very word snow, came up with the idea that they could go sledding after school, when I tried to explain to them that it hadn't fallen so much on the sled and the temperature was not yet suitable for it to hold on, they were already thinking about where to go. Only after a long while did they manage to explain it.

And when it was all done and done. I went to the park to watch the first snow in my city this year. Of course, I've heard more than once that in some cities we can already talk about a large amount of snowfall, which has already happened. But for me it's the first beautiful powder this winter.

As you might expect, the snow was only on the grass or some trees, but that's what happens if the temperature is not good. But when I got to my destination, I saw a beautiful park covered with snow, something wonderful. Maybe there wasn't a lot of it, but it still beautifully colored the beautiful nature.

The air itself is a bit frosty, but it's very pleasant for me, and since there aren't too many people, you can enjoy the landscape with peace of mind. I've even started to imagine how happy my kids will be when enough of it falls that the journey to school will be possible on a sled. Of course, the pleasure will be mostly for them, because the only benefits I see from it are a bit of exercise and seeing their smiling faces.

So the season for winter walks, surrounded by white powder, should soon start for good. But no matter how much of it is attacked, there are always contingency plans. To go and have fun with the kids where there is much more of it. Because, to be honest, in my city, to have enough space for children, sometimes borders on the miraculous, the heat that our city generates is a big problem, dense buildings, and of course too much concrete in relation to greenery. But as I said, in the end, there is always a plan B.

Zima przeszła do miasta

Dzisiaj rano , kiedy wstaliśmy z żonką , aby przygotować dzieciom śniadanie do szkoły, patrzymy a tu śnieg. Już dawno nie pamiętam kiedy byłem taki szczęśliwy widząc ten piękny biały puch.

Oczywiście nasze dzieci jak to na nie przystało na same słowo śnieg, wpadły na pomysł że po szkole będą mogły pojeździć na sankach, kiedy im próbowałem wytłumaczyć że nie spadło go tyle na sanki i temperatura nie jest jeszcze dla niego odpowiednia żeby się utrzymał, oni już rozmyślali gdzie by tu pójść. Dopiero po dłuższej chwili udało im się to wytłumaczyć.

A kiedy było już wszystko zrobione i załatwione. Udałem się parku obejrzeć ten pierwszy śnieg w moim mieście w tym roku. Oczywiście już nie raz słyszałem, że w niektórych miastach to można już mówić o dużej ilości opadów śniegu, które już były. Ale u mnie to pierwszy piękny puch tej zimy.

Jak się można było tego spodziewać po drodze śnieg trzymał się już tylko na trawie, lub niektórych drzewach, ale tak bywa jeżeli temperatura mu nie dopisuje. Ale za to jak dotarłem już do celu podroży, to zobaczyłem piękny park pokryty śniegiem, coś cudownego. Może nie było go dużo, ale i tak pięknie ubarwiał on piękną naturę.

Same powietrze choć trochę mroźne, to dla mnie bardzo przyjemne, a że nie ma zbyt dużo ludzi to można się ze spokojem delektować krajobrazem. Już nawet zacząłem sobie wyobrażać jak moje dzieciaczki będą szczęśliwe, kiedy spadnie go na tyle dużo że sama podróż do szkoły będzie na sankach możliwa. Przyjemność oczywiście w większości będzie dla nich, bo ja jedyne korzyści jakie widzę z tego to trochę ćwiczeń i widok ich uśmiechniętych twarzy.

Więc sezon na zimowe spacery, w otoczeniu białego puchu niedługo powinien się zacząć na dobre. Ale jak by go nie napadało zbyt dużo , to zawsze są plany awaryjne. Żeby pojechać i poszaleć z dzieciaczkami tam gdzie jest go dużo więcej. Bo mówiąc szczerze w moim mieście, żeby napadało go odpowiednio dużo dla dzieci, czasami graniczy z cudem, same ciepło, które wytwarza nasze miasto jest dużym problemem, gęsta zabudowa, no i oczywiście zbyt dużo betonu w stosunku do zieleni. Ale tak jak już mówiłem w ostateczności pozostaje zawsze plan B.
