Happy and blessed Wednesday, on this occasion I will share with you some delicious fresh fried sardines, taking advantage they were selling at the fishmonger, I imagine that for the Easter season, plus it is an economical fish and has multiple properties, benefits for the body: Among them omega three, phosphorus, selenium, iodine, magnesium, calcium and vitamins: B, B12, B6, E, D and niacin, the only difficulty is that they did not sell it to me prepared and I had to fix them and their strong smell, but I really like to eat them, it is possible to cook fresh sardines in several ways; On this occasion I prepared it "butterfly type" I tell you that once my brother Romulo taught me to prepare it and since that instant and I have the opportunity to buy this fish I prepare it this way.

☆゚*: Feliz y bendecido miércoles, en esta ocasión compartiré con ustedes unas deliciosas sardinas fresca fritas, aprovechando estaban vendiendo en la pescadería, me imaginó que por la temporada de semana santa, además que es un pescado económico y tiene múltiples propiedades, beneficios para el organismo: Entre ellos omega tres, fósforos, selenio, yodo, magnesio, calcio y vitaminas: B, B12, B6, E, D y niacina, la única dificultad es que no me la vendieron preparada y tuve que arreglarlas y su fuerte olor, pero me gusta mucho comerlas, es posible cocinar sardinas frescas de varias formas; En esta ocasión la preparé "tipo mariposa" le cuento que una vez mi hermano Rómulo me enseño a prepararla y desde ese instante y tengo la oportunidad de comprar este pescado lo preparo así.

✔️10 whole sardines.
✔️Wheat flour to taste.
✔️1 teaspoon salt.
✔️Oil to taste.

10 sardinas entera.
Harina de trigo al gusto.
1 cucharadita de sal.
Aceite al gusto.

Para esta receta obtuvimos 10 sardinas fritas.

Step by Step /Paso a Paso

Start by washing the sardines, take a board to debone them, and remove all impurities: guts, scales, head and tail.

Empezamos lavando las sardinas, agarramos una tabla para deshuesarla, y eliminar todas las impurezas: tripas, escamas, cabeza y la cola.

We do the procedure with the ten portions of sardine, with the help of a knife we make a lateral cut to open the interior and take out the backbone, we slide our fingers along the backbone and separate it from the meat.

Hacemos el procedimiento con las diez porciones de sardina, con ayuda de un cuchillo hacemos un corte lateral para abrir el interior y sacar el espinazo deslizamos los dedos a lo largo de la espina y separarla de la carne.⏬

Once the fillets are obtained, we proceed to flake them, wash them before cooking, place them in a tray with plastic wrap in the middle to separate them and prevent one fillet from sticking to the other.

Obteniendo los filetes, procedemos a escamar, lavar antes de cocinarlos, colocamos en una bandeja con un plástico en el medio para separar y no se peguen un filete con otro.

Once the sardines are opened and cleaned, season them with salt or whatever you like, dip them in wheat flour and place them on a plate to coat.

Ya las sardinas abiertas y limpias, Sazonamos con sal o con lo que usted guste, la pasamos por harina de trigo y colocamos en un plato para rebozar.

We turn the stove on high heat and place the oil, we hope it heats up well, I put little oil so it does not absorb so much fat, they were juicy and crunchy.

Prendemos la cocina a fuego alto y colocamos el aceite, esperamos que caliente bien, yo le coloque poco aceite para que no absorba tanta grasa, quedaron jugosas y crujientes.
