Welcome back to my blog, guys! Today I bring you a post that I wanted to do to talk about my reflections motivated by what has been experienced so far in this year's @hivefest, which is taking place in Mexico, specifically in "Rosarito" and this year has the concept called "Ola Surfista" for being located in an area that has beaches.

First of all, I want to talk about the fact of what I have been learning these days in which I have been able to be a spectator of the conferences in their 1st and 2nd day; unfortunately I could not be a spectator 100% but what I could see made me feel amazing, with too much encouragement and too much desire to go out and build and I want to mention many of them, which I will section in this post.

So, without further ado, let's get started!

¡Bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog, chicos! El día de hoy les traigo un post que quise hacer para conversar sobre mis reflexiones motivado a lo que se ha vivido hasta los momentos en el @hivefest de este año, el cuál se está llevando a cabo en México, específicamente en "Rosarito" y que este año tiene el concepto denominado "Ola Surfista" por estar ubicado en una zona que tiene playas.

En primer lugar, quiero conversar sobre el hecho de lo que he estado aprendiendo estos días en los que he podido ser espectador de las conferencias en su 1er y 2do día; lamentablemente no he podido ser espectador al 100% pero lo que pude ver me hizo sentir increíble, con demasiado ánimo y demasiadas ganas de salir y construir y quiero hacer mención a muchas de ellas, las cuáles voy a seccionar en este post.

Hispanic representation at HIVE FEST

This first point is something that really makes me feel a colossally huge pride, because I have been a spectator from a distance of many versions of this great event that happens annually and never in my life had been able to attest to the incredible presence we have had in this new ceremony directly and indirectly from many teams that are part of the Hispanic community.

First of all, our Cuban witness @manuphotos, worthy representative of the @hivecuba community, who has been able to have a great role in the main stage to give a keynote presentation showing all the impact that Hive has had in CUba and how it has returned tools that are increasingly consolidating to spread our blockchain throughout the island.

Then, the @hivesucre team, with special mentions to our good friend @edmundochauran and our good friend @jonsnow1983, both with a determination and a hunger for the dream that was growing exponentially since the meeting in Caracas thanks to the Caracas Blockchain Week that we lived last year, you can definitely notice the impact on motivation from that moment.

There was an incredible mention to the @hiveredcarpet team and the participants of the mythical contest known as "Hive's Top Model"; this filled me with immense joy because I did not think that this type of activities was something that from the conglomerate of the most important people of Hive at the level of prestige and reputation would consider it of high importance and/or relevance, although it is totally logical this fact, because it is still a technique to perform marketing on our blockchain that is very effective.

And the Hispanic representation that our good friends @eddiespino and @gr33nm4ster are giving us is also something worth mentioning, being hardworking, very collaborative from the beginning of the event, they have left us in very high esteem in the face of all the eminences of our blockchain as a warm and very close community, that is something that always has to be thanked; In addition, all the technical aspect that often is not seen on the screen or is not noticed between the presentations but ends up being decisive for the proper functioning of the same, has ended up being the work of our good friend Eddie and that is something that leaves us very well represented.

This year has been spectacular for our community, the positioning within the list of Hispanic witnesses, the growth of the projects, the presence in the Hive Fest, I feel that from now on it is time to continue stepping on the accelerator in this sense.

La representación hispana en el HIVE FEST

Este primer punto es algo que de verdad me hace sentir un orgullo de niveles colosalmente enormes, porque yo he sido espectador desde la distancia de muchas versiones de este magno-evento que sucede de forma anual y jamás en mi vida había podido dar fe de la presencia tan increíble que hemos tenido en esta nueva ceremonia de forma directa e indirecta de parte de muchos equipos que forman parte de la comunidad hispana.

En primer lugar, nuestro witness cubano @manuphotos, digno representante de la comunidad de @hivecuba, quién ha podido tener un gran protagonismo en el main stage para dar una ponencia magistral mostrando todo el impacto que ha tenido Hive en CUba y el cómo esta le ha devuelto herramientas que se van consolidando cada vez más para difundir nuestra blockchain por toda la Isla.

Luego, el equipo de @hivesucre, con menciones especiales a nuestro buen amigo @edmundochauran y nuestro buen amigo @jonsnow1983, ambos con una determinación y un hambre de sueño que fue creciendo de forma exponencial desde la reunión en Caracas gracias a la Caracas Blockchain Week que vivimos el año pasado, definitivamente se nota el impacto en la motivación desde ese momento.

Hubo una mención increíble al equipo de @hiveredcarpet y a las participantes del mítico concurso conocido como "Hive's Top Model"; esto me llenó de una alegría inmensa porque no pensé que ese tipo de actividades fuera algo que desde el conglomerado de personas más importantes de Hive a nivel de prestigio y reputación lo considerarían de alta importancia y/o relevancia, aunque es totalmente lógico este hecho, porque sigue siendo una técnica de realizar marketing sobre nuestra blockchain que es muy efectiva.

Y la representación hispana que nos están dando nuestros buenos amigos @eddiespino y @gr33nm4ster también es algo digno de mencionar, siendo trabajadores, muy colaboradores desde el principio del evento, nos han dejado en muy alta estima de cara a todas las eminencias de nuestra blockchain como una comunidad cálida y muy cercana, eso es algo que siempre se tiene que agradecer; además, todo el aspecto técnico que muchas veces no se ve en la pantalla o no se nota entre las ponencias pero termina siendo determinante para el correcto funcionamiento de las mismas, ha terminado siendo obra de nuestro buen amigo Eddie y eso es algo que nos deja muy bien representados.

Este año ha sido espectacular para nuestra comunidad, el posicionamiento dentro de la lista de los testigos hispanos, el crecimiento de los proyectos, la presencia en el Hive Fest, siento que de aquí en adelante toca seguir pisando el acelerador en este sentido.

The future of Hive in projects

There are conferences that have blown me away and I definitely have to say that the future of Hive promises in such an impressive way, that I would even like to fast forward the time and see everything already consolidated to know the prestige that we can reach as an ecosystem within Web 3.

Starting with the fact of the discussions of the @leofinance team to be able to embrace a way to manage the evolution of rewards and bring them to the business model of "evergreen rewards", for me this is an idea that I have had for many, many years in many topics of conversation with many community leaders and a little more directly with my good friend @eddiespino, so, I found that listening to this made me too happy, knowing that it is already an option on the table.

The presentations of @crimsonclad were totally spectacular, his presence on a podium is something truly and absolutely positive for Hive, his knowledge about our blockchain, its community, its theoretical aspect, he covers everything in an incredibly masterful way and defends it with a lot of expertise, I loved to see the work he has been doing regarding spreading our ecosystem everywhere.

The @spknetwork is another project that I don't care about, I feel that if at this moment we have the ability to dream big, with the arrival of that project, ultimately, we will have an absurdly large range of possibilities to build any project we have in mind: a new frontend, a new blockchain, all interconnected, we can dream far beyond what we know.

El futuro de Hive en proyectos

Hay conferencias que me han dejado boquiabierto y definitivamente debo decir que el futuro de Hive promete de una forma tan impresionante, que me gustaría inclusive adelantar el tiempo y ver todo ya consolidado para conocer el prestigio que podemos llegar a alcanzar como ecosistema dentro de la Web 3.

Empezando por el hecho de las discusiones del equipo de @leofinance para poder abarcar una manera de gestionar la evolución de las recompensas y llevarlas al modelo de negocio de las "recompensas evergreen", para mí esta es una idea que he tenido desde hace muchísimos años en muchos temas de conversación con muchos líderes de comunidad y de forma un poco más directa con mi buen amigo @eddiespino, por eso, me pareció que escuchar esto me hizo demasiado feliz, sabiendo que ya es una opción sobre la mesa.

Las ponencias de @crimsonclad fueron totalmente espectaculares, su presencia en un podio es algo verdaderamente y absolutamente positiva para Hive, su conocimiento sobre nuestra blockchain, su comunidad, su aspecto teórico, todo lo abarca de una forma increíblemente magistral y lo defiende con mucha experticia, me encantó ver el trabajo que viene realizando con respecto a la difusión de nuestro ecosistema por todas partes.

La @spknetwork es otro de los proyectos que me tienen sin cuidado, siento que si en este momento tenemos la capacidad de soñar en grande, con la llegada de ese proyecto, en definitiva, tendremos un abanico de posibilidades absurdamente grandes para construir cualquier proyecto que tengamos en mente: un nuevo frontend, una blockchain nueva, todo interconectado, se podrá soñar mucho más allá de lo conocido.

Final Words

The future looks too good, I feel that the Hispanic community should focus on a more consolidated course towards what is expected of us as a community, we must continue to gain positions, working for Hive, its dissemination, do our part and grow in favor of who we have next to us because the growth of one is the growth of the other, all the energy and focus should go in that direction.

El futuro pinta demasiado bien, siento que la comunidad hispana debe enfocar un rumbo más consolidado de cara a lo que se espera de nosotros como comunidad, debemos seguir ganando posiciones, trabajando en pro de Hive, su difusión, hacer todos nuestra parte y crecer en pro de quién tenemos al lado porque el crecimiento de uno es el crecimiento del otro, toda la energía y el enfoque debe ir en ese sentido.
