10 Minute Bedtime Freewrite

Well it's late and nearly time to head to sleep and I figured I would do a 5 minute freewrite to end the day. Pretty interesting day today, had lots and lots of snow to shovel to clear the driveway after this crazy storm. We got nearly 2 feet of the stuff! I love the snow but man its a nightmare to move that much. Ended up having to shovel it by hand because its too much to move with my little plow! So that was fun... Anyway I at least had an afternnnoon to myself and got some time to play a bit of Hashkings and Planetside 2. I have some updates coming soon about the Scholar and Scribe community as well that I am pretty excited about! And of course as usual exciting times in hive.pizza discord!

We had a couple of pretty awesome chats thorughout the day about fantasy and other books. Wheel of Time specifically which I am a huge fan of! Plus I found out there is going to be a DND campaign run in the discord! We have a growing art community at Pizza as well which is really exciting to see! I might need to tap into some of that for Scholar and Scribe things!

@Fireguardian stopped in and announced he is gonna be coming back to hive and pizza more due to a new job opportunity and should have more time as well! great stuff glad to have him coming back to the hive community!

I start a new job tomorrow as well and should have some more flexibility in hours and things- will be much easier to work around @skylils school schedule and hopefully give me some more time to get more posts and things up! I really want to lean in to the creative writing thing and get back to putting up a post every day if I can!

With all of the turmoil in the markets at the moment its a great time to lean into the communities and focus on building something rather than just trading or trying to pikc the next big winner. Ive never been much of a trader anyway- just a bit here and there but mostly pretty happy to do the research and make my pics then reorganize when it comes time to take a bit of profit! So what better time to do some of that than over the last few weeks right?

All in all things seem to be going pretty well! Even with all the snow and chaos going on in the world and in life in general right now! I'll end this last couple of minutes with a quick poem about what I hope Scholar and Scribe may help to enable!

The Scribe records the things in their mind
the things that they see
and things that they find
they muse and create
and write it all down
to build worlds and
experiences of the lost and the found.

The Scholar, the reader,
an archivist perhaps,
an experienced researcher
discerning the facts
shining a light on the works
that a Scribe might create
so that others may find them
to read and relate
