My Actifit Report Card: February 2 2023

During a recent visit to Tilgate Park I was reminded about something that happened here on the main lake. Back in the late 1930's the famous Water Speed Record Holder Malcolm Campbell tested and developed his craft Bluebird on this very lake.

These plaques are there to remind us of historical events and I'm glad I spotted this.

I went to the lake a few days ago with my wife to take some pictures of the swans.

Today was just a work day and nothing much to report save that I reached another good step count on my feet all day! 😃
