My Actifit Report Card: January 19 2023
I was glad to finish work today. Now four days off! I was asked to stay on for one hour extra, which I did, but it's good to have some time off to relax.
I am including screenshots of some fitness app stats taken from my Garmin sports watch.
A recent addition to the mobile app is HRV. I'm not completely clear on how it works but seems to fit the way I feel. For instance the next image shows the results over the last four weeks.
I was ill with two infections, first a flu like illness followed by a stomach bug. This left me feeling very weak. It shows in the graph!
Another useful stat is the body battery graph with the added inclusion of stress levels.
I wear my watch 24/7 to give the best results. I find that sleeping with the watch on is not as uncomfortable as it may seem at first. It is definitely worth it if you want a more overall fitness/health metric.
