My Actifit Report Card: January 13 2023

My day was one of those catch-up sort of days.
After a tiring five day stint at work a number of things get neglected! But this is what rest days are for I suppose, 😱 . 'Not rest? I hear you say.
Unfortunately no!

After the chores were sorted, I did wash the mountain bike which has needed some attention including a new chain but that will have to wait a bit longer. I gave it a spin to make sure that it was ok.

Later, a short walk to meet a delivery man with a new mattress for a family member who is away. I thought I might be there for a few hours but after just half an hour the delivery was made and I could walk the short distance back home.

The walk there and back felt good. It is completely different when walking at leisure rather than in a working environment. Without the stress factor I suppose!
