My Actifit Report Card: January 7 2023

One of those family focused days, a lot of driving, picking up and dropping off to do as I'm the only driver who has a car!

It has been a pleasant time with some elderly family members (great grandparents) to entertain. Travel was not very good in torrential rain at one point in the dark too.

I noticed today that dusk happened a little later which is a nice sign of things to come as we progress through January. Warm spring days beckon, and there are signs of spring already everywhere, like catkins and shoots appearing.
