My Actifit Report Card: December 30 2022
Wow! I actually passed 10,000 steps today. I haven't done that for a while due to recent illness. I'm getting stronger now, I can feel it increasing every day.
For my last day off I rose early to take my daughter to work before returning to my bed! That's a good start, but sort of a stuttering start. But anyway, once up for the second time a shopping trip to a local Range store. We also enjoyed a breakfast in their coffee shop.
Later some sorting out to do as we have a storage problem at home. Christmas always seems to cause a storage problem! Why is that?
In the afternoon I went to pick up my daughter again from work, taking her home and sharing a coffee with her.
Back at home again to put up two shelves in our hallway. Nothing elaborate but functional, it just helps with somewhere to put things when entering in a hurry! Do you know what I mean?
