My Actifit Report Card: December 28 2022

Energy is returning and I managed a shortish walk to stretch my legs and get out, although it was raining which did not put me off one bit.

At least I ended the run of days less than 5000 steps! A relief to be sure. It is always a nuisance becoming I'll at any time of course but taking part in something like Actifit can become an obsession - a good obsession - but can be very disappointing when you fail!

I look forward to seeing in the new year soon, always a pleasure for me. Things always seen fresher somehow, new shoots, new opportunities, extending daylight! Many reasons to be cheerful!

I know exactly what you mean, it is an obsession sometimes as I too feel gutted the days I don't even make 5k steps. It's tough the when you are not well. Sometimes we really do need a break.
