Ah... The crunchy bread cube thing is called croutons. Thanks for enriching my vocabularies 🤣 that's one thing that the home minister do not include in her ingredients. Since now you brought this up, I'm thinking to buy a stash of croutons and keep it in the office, so I can add them on when I'm eating those healthy salads in the office 🤣
