As normal as possible
I know I know, there's probably very little to no human possibly interested in my daily life as a mid life crisis bald"ing" dude, let alone I have a medical condition that restricting my daily activity to a routine that I would never imagine myself committed to it before the sickness struck.

Whilst I'm trying my very best to do my recover exercises, I recon playing with musical instruments can also be part of the recovery process. It's been donkey years since I put my hands on a tambourine. Got myself one from shopee at the price of RM24. That's like $6 for a quite good quality piece there. I think I managed to play it quite well and my motor function works quite accurately to what my brain instructed my arms to do... Except the home minister not entirely agree with the new form of exercise that I'm doing, that may annoy the neighbors as well 🤣

Food intake wish|, I've been trying to add a little bit this and that to spice things up. Unfortunately, the sensory part of the brain isn't wired correctly I think. This pot of hot porridge I have customized it with cured raddish, salted egg, chicken egg(raw), FUCUK(dried bean curd), and Yao zha guai (fried dough sticks). And, it taste sweet to me 😞

Over the weekend, we had many church events and functions, hence the day was fully occupied and we are well fed to the extreme. Evening, we booked the Pizza Hut, and the Panda delivered it. This is quite "normal" in my life before the sickness sets in. So, when I'm trying to be as normal as possible, unhealthy is the word I shall say. We ordered two regular pizzas, some potatoes, bread sticks, a bottle of coke and they throw in a bowl of free soup. All for the price of RM51. Now I kinda see how "normal" this became. Cheap and meaningless calories goes hand in hand with making sickness come true.

My working environment is extremely high pressure. I have already decided to take a step back and foresee all kinds of crazy shit going to happen. I have a client to catch due to an IT related issue, so I decided to take the monorail 🚝 instead of driving. It is also quite normal for me to take the train instead of driving due to the heavy traffic in city center.

After the meeting, I decided to do the abnormal. I walked back instead of riding the train. Knowing that lately we always have thunderstorm in the evening, I wouldn't have enough time to go for evening walk when that happen. Even if rain stopped, it's very hard to do walking without splashing dirt's all over my shoes.

I don't know if I can become normal again, but let's try to be as normal as possible. With my newly "relearned" ability, I believe I can achieve more. When the new normal become normal, then I believe I am normal. Coming to 4th week since the sickness, I am glad nobody hold the door for me anymore. They don't ask me how am I doing anymore, and that's the good thing. Which means, not only I myself feels normal, it means people surrounding me is normalized with my new ability.
Jelly. I wanna ride the monorail.
We have day pass here for public transport. 1 full day RM25(around $4) for foreigner, you can take the monorail, lite rail (LRT) or medium rail (MRT) and also the public bus under Rapid(disguised version of Metro).
