Hola mi bella comunidad, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un pescado frito que prepare
para un sabroso almuerzo, lo acompañe con arroz y una nutritiva ensalada de vegetales, espero les guste, así que comencemos con la preparación.

  • ( 1 ) pescado: roncador.
  • ( 1 ) huevo.
  • Sal.
  • Harina de trigo.
  • Aceite.

English:

  • Wheat flour.
  • Oil.

Español:

Paso 1:

  • Lavamos y picamos el pescado en ruedas, luego batimos el huevo con un tenedor, procedemos a agregar la sal al pescado, para después en marinar introduciendo en el huevo y luego en la harina de trigo.

English:

  • We wash and chop the fish in wheels, then we beat the egg with a fork, we proceed to add salt to the fish, then in marinating by introducing it in the egg and then in the wheat flour.

Paso 2:

  • Ahora procedemos a calentar el aceite en el sartén, estando bien caliente agregamos el pescado a freír, cuando este bien dorados volteamos el otro lado, para que se termine la cocción.
