Unlike others, I start walking as early as 4:00 in the morning. Around seven in the morning I usually do at least 10k. I do about 30k at work and in the evening I add about 10k on walks with the dogs.

well, I do 7-12k before breakfast and work and again that many steps after work. The difference is that I've got a sitting job (not complaining at all!)
