Happy Stake Day

Today is the day we stake ALIVE tokens did you stake any?

I staked a total of 750 ALIVE Tokens today

I also purchased some Alive tokens to boost the number i could stake.

Staking ALIVE Tokens Wednesday for a boost on Thursday is weekly.

This week as well as playing catch up on Hive i am working on my weight i realised i have been getting sick multiple times and needed to boost myself to put on more weight.

I seem to have lost a fair amount and i was not overweight in the first place so i have been eating to gain weight back.

It is working slowly and i am going to be making sure i get plenty more exercise as well as eating better.

I have struggled to eat just not been feeling it so i started out doing little but often with foods i really like at first.

Then the plan is to increase and improve the food content of the meals.

I am managing to eat more regular and larger meals so now i just need to improve the contents.

I love fruit so that has become my snack inbetween meals, i am not really into treats for snacks so i don't really have to worry about eating trash. I am neither really a fast food eater either so

Before Covid i was hardly ever sick sometimes i could go years without being ill not even a cold.

However since Covid it has been a very different story and i am not really sure why?

Someone said it was because i never got the jab, but the funny thing is they did and they have been just as sick or even sicker than i am.

We have noticed many people that did take the jab are not doing any better either and it has only been Covid twice in the whole time from the beginning.

Most of the sickness we have experienced has had nothing to do with Covid so a jab or not wouldn't have made any difference.

Personally i think it was the lockdowns, making healthy people stay in their homes was one of the most rediculous ideas we did in my opinion.

All the governments for the most part had no idea what to do they pretended they did but clueless liars most of them.

I believe it just weakened our immune systems and we were not exposed to the general illness that circulate in those times.

Immune systems need to be exposed and tested to build immunity we all just locked ourselves away instead.

But i am not a doctor so i wouldn't know the complexities of how it all works fully.
Best to look to people in the know in our communities maybe they can explain better how it works? @hafiz34

I do think these politicians need to leave medical descisions to the people with training for it and we should not be listening to people that have money invested or other invested interests and agenda's.
