WEEKEND TRIP WITH FRIENDS
Saturday and Sunday were just the same days as the rest of the week if you work in the hospitality industry and sometimes it is busier than the rest of the days. The word "holiday" is something that we are supposed to enjoy but we can't because we have to work.
In this stage of my life, I make the most out of my weekend. If my friends invite me to go somewhere, I will give it a yes because we never know when will it happen again. So, last weekend we went to the North of Cebu to do another beach camp!
I was with @dzeizon, his wife, some of our friends. One of our friends, Jermaine has some relatives (grandmother and uncle) in Daanbantayan who lives in front of the beach. It was not our first time there so we already know what to expect but the last we were there, it was such a short trip and it was nighttime.
We did some stopovers several times to have lunch and buy something for our dinner and breakfast. When we arrived we then rushed to the ocean, took some photos then it rained. The rain didn't stop me from swimming in the ocean.
When the rain stopped, we witnessed such a beautiful sunset, we took photos and videos. It was such an amazing sunset and we are so blessed to be able to see that pretty hue.
We then prepared our dinner. I cooked some instant Mi Goreng and Mixed Vegetables with Coconut Milk. We also have some fried fish, Spicy Chicken in Coconut Milk (Halang-Halang), and some seashells.
It was such a windy night. After our dinner, we did some stargazing but it was cut short because it rained again so we need to get back inside and some went in their tents. I slept on a bench because I'm not comfortable sleeping inside a tent.
It was such a great time with friends, by the beach, eating, drinking, talking, and just taking life slowly. I am extremely grateful to @dzeizon for inviting us on this trip because we did enjoy it. How about you? How did you spend your weekend?

Dear @asasiklause , What a fantastic scenery! However, it seems that there are no accommodation facilities, convenience facilities, and restaurants for tourists.
By the way, You certainly do not seem to be the height of ordinary Filipinos.😄
