Today I woke up with a huge desire to bake some cupcakes and, that the house be impregnated with delicious aromas that make the palate fall in love, first I had thought of making them with vanilla, but then I remembered that I had some passion fruit juice stored in the fridge that I had left over from the day before, so I didn't hesitate to use it for the cupcakes.
Hoy me desperté con unas ganas enormes de hornear unos ponqués y, que la casa se impregnara de deliciosos aromas que enamoran al paladar, primero tenía pensado en elaborarlos de vainilla, pero luego me acordé que tenía un poco de jugo de parchita guardado en la nevera que me había quedado del día anterior, así que no dude en utilizarlo para los ponqués.

For some time now I have been looking for individual molds for cupcakes and, this week I found some silicone ones, which are very practical, they can be used in both gas and electric ovens, do not hesitate to buy them and I am like a girl with a new toy.
Desde hace un tiempo andaba buscando moldes individuales para ponqués y, esta semana encontré unos de silicón, los cuales son muy prácticos, sirven para usarlos tanto en horno a gas como eléctrico, no dude en comprarlos y ando como niña con juguete nuevo.

Now let's get to the recipe! /¡Ahora vamos con la receta!

Ingredients:

250 g of pastry flour
3 eggs
110 g of margarine
1 cup of sugar
½ cup passion fruit juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ tablespoon baking powder

Ingredientes:

250 gm de harina repostera
3 huevos
110 gm de margarina
1 taza de azúcar
½ taza de jugo de parchita
1 cucharadita de vainilla
½ cucharada de polvo para hornear

Elaboration process / Proceso de elaboración:

🌺 Before starting to mix the ingredients, I preheated the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, then I got down to work, first to beat the butter and when it became creamy, I added the sugar little by little.
🌺 Antes de comenzar a mezclar los ingredientes, puse a precalentar el horno a 180 grados centígrados, luego me puse manos a la obra, primero a batir la mantequilla y cuando se puso como una crema le añadí poco a poco el azúcar.

🌺 To avoid accidents in a separate cup (you know that eggs can give us a surprise and some may come damaged), we crack the eggs and add them one by one while beating.
🌺 Para evitar accidentes en una taza aparte (ya saben que los huevos pueden darnos una sorpresa y venir alguno dañado), vamos cascando los huevos y los agregamos uno a uno sin dejar de batir.

🌺 After beating all the eggs, we add the flour alternating it with the passion fruit juice.
🌺 Luego de batir todos los huevos, vamos agregando la harina alternándola con el jugo de parchita.

🌺 With the help of a miserable spatula, we remove the mixture that is adhering to the walls of the bowl and incorporate it into the mixture.
🌺 Con la ayuda de una espátula miserable, quitamos la mezcla que se va adhiriendo en las paredes del bol y la incorporamos a la mezcla.

🌺 Now that we have our delicious mixture ready, we empty it into the molds without filling them completely, since they are going to grow a little, then we take them to the oven for approximately 12 minutes, this will depend on the power of our oven. I made them in two batches since I only have 6 molds and the recipe makes 12 cupcakes. I almost forgot I spread a little vegetable shortening on the molds, so that they unmold more easily.
🌺 Ahora que tenemos nuestra deliciosa mezcla lista, la vaciamos en los moldes sin llegar a llenarlos por completo, ya que van a crecer un poco, luego los llevamos al horno por 12 minutos aproximadamente, esto dependerá de la potencia de nuestro horno. Yo los hice en dos tandas ya que únicamente tengo 6 moldes y la receta da para 12 ponqués. Casi se me olvida a los moldes les unté un poco de manteca vegetal, para que desmolden con mayor facilidad.

🌺 This is what the cupcakes look like fresh out of the oven, you just have to wait a bit until they come to room temperature to unmold them.
🌺 Así lucen los ponqué recién salidos del horno, solo toca esperar un poco hasta que tomen temperatura ambiente para desmoldarlos.

The people doing V2K with remote neural monitoring want me to believe this lady @battleaxe is an operator. She is involved deeply with her group and @fyrstikken . Her discord is Battleaxe#1003. I cant prove she is the one directly doing the V2K and RNM. Doing it requires more than one person at the least. It cant be done alone. She cant prove she is not one of the ones doing it. I was drugged in my home covertly, it ended badly. They have tried to kill me and are still trying to kill me. I bet nobody does anything at all. Ask @battleaxe to prove it. I bet she wont. They want me to believe the V2K and RNM in me is being broadcast from her location. And what the fuck is "HOMELAND SECURITY" doing about this shit? I think stumbling over their own dicks maybe?
