I was at Suntec City yesterday coming out of the supermarket and saw these two guys with an umbrella wondering what they were doing. There are time slots where you can walk out there and go around the small fountain but the big fountain above will usually be turned off. Then I noticed they seemed to be holding a huge camera doing some recording.

The whole Suntec City is a mixed development with commercial offices and shopping mall built as fingers of a hand with the fountain in the middle of the palm that used to be the biggest fountain in the world.
