If You're Walking around with a Half-Baked Immune System, You're HALF THE PROBLEM!
...and if you are getting "vaccinated," you become even more of a problem. In other words, getting untested and dangerous vaccines which have never been proven more effective than a healthy immune system makes you a "super shedder" and potentially a "super spreader." That is true not only of whatever live cultures are in the vaccine you took, but of anything else that's floating around that you might catch and spread...including this dangerous new bioengineered virus out of Communist China.
The best thing you can do is NOT GET VACCINATED. But, even more importantly, you need to keep your immune system strong by taking enough of the immune-system strengthening supplements--particularly Vitamin D3 in winter-- so that you don't get tempted by the siren song of "vaccination."
For each 75 pound of bodyweight, you should be taking 5000 IUs of Vitamin D3 daily in winter. You can cut back if your outside in summer, a lot. You see, D3 is not actually a vitamin, it's a hormone that your body makes naturally when in direct sunlight. Usually, 10-15 minutes per day is enough, but the low sun of northern winters would require much more, and it's COLD outside. SO...get the 5000 IU bottle at Walmart (or any pharmacy) and stock up while you can still get it.
With the Vitamin C (I take 1500-2000mg daily) and a normal diet, the D3 will keep your immune system strong enough to ward off almost anything.
I used to get 4-5 bad colds (or "flu") each year, but discovered this important fact about 16 years ago. Since then, I have only caught a flu once, and that was when I got lazy (and cheap) and had not been taken enough D3 for awhile. Every body is different, but this regimen sure worked for me.
This is not official medical advice, and I have no formal medical training so take it with that advisement, but TRY IT and see what it does for you.
Do not be a super shedder or super spreader!!! Do your neighbors and your country a favor and think about who has the incentive (and the proven history) of lying, and who does not.

The owner of Tron, Justin Sun, purchased Steemit so they had a video call about the transition and what it will bring for the future of Steemit. I'm still not clear on if he bought just steemit or the steem blockchain but Mr. Sun talked like he'd bought both.
Very encouraging news for steemit. They have vast resources and development teams and contacts so they want to grow steemit and get it listed on Samsung like Tron is plus all kinds of other things to help it grow.
But at the first here, they are leaving everything as it is until they decide which moves to make.
