Road to E4 / Cesta k E4

Since the summer, I was planning to spend Christmas somewhere abroad. Best off somewhere where they don't celebrate. But it was still uncertain when I would be released at work. The term of holiday began to be set for mid-December. All we had to do was start looking for the destination we were going to. The first was Malorca with a plan to climb somewhere in the mountains. But then I found for the same price tickets to Cyprus. My colleague and I agreed that it could be a great destination. In addition, the European route E4 runs across the island. So it was clear that on 20.12.2019 we are flying for an expedition :)

The meeting was in our favorite Old Czech pub. Given that the plane flies at 2:25 in the morning, we met at 19:00. But we somehow forgot that the Christmas party that day and a lot of acquaintances will meet. It was quite cheerful and we definitely did not go there from sober. We managed to fly the plane and thanks to our condition we were rather teleported to the destination.

Unfortunately, I have no photo from that day so I add at least one of the last day when visiting this interesting island.

Od léta jsem plánoval, že chci strávit vánoce někde v cizině. Nejlépe někde kde se neslaví. Jenže pořád nebylo jisté od kdy budu uvolněn v práci. Termín dovolené se mi začal rýsovat na polovinu prosince. Nezbývalo než začít hledat destinaci kam poletíme. První byla Malorca s plánem vylézt někam do hor. Ale pak jsem našel za stejnou cenu letenky na Kypr. S kolegou jsme se shodly že by to mohla být super destinace. Navíc přes celý ostrov vede Evropská trasa E4. Takže bylo jasno, že se 20.12.2019 letíme na expedici :)

Sraz byl v naší oblíbené staročeské hospodě. Vzhledem k tomu že nám letadlo letí v 2:25 ráno tak jsme se sešli v 19:00. Jenže jsme nějak zapoměli, že ten den je Vánoční večírek a sejde se zde mnoho známých. Bylo poměrně veselo a rozhodně jsme odtamtud nešli střízlivém stavu. Letadlo jsme v pohodě stihnuli a díky našemu stavu se do destinace spíše teleportovali.

Z toho dne bohužel nemám žádné foto a tak přidávám alespoň jedno z dne posledního při návštěvě tohoto zajímavého ostrova.
