Recently the BAFTA Awards issued new guidelines in which they state new quotas for staff/actors on film and television if they wish to stay viable for the BAFTA Awards. This includes the fact that 10% of the cast or those on screen must be from the LGBTQ+ community and 7% must be deaf or disabled. Also there must now be a 50/50% gender split in terms of those on screen. I.e., 50% must be male and 50% must be female. I go into this as well as a few other things.

The garbage awards.

It would be impossible to accurately represent certain events on film when restructured under those strict rules. War, government, business, schools, families, etc..

Nearly every real social environment does not abide by rules of equal representation, so why should film present an unrealistic representation as believable, when it is clearly a fiction?

Disguising propaganda lies and fiction as truth and reality, this is not an admirable action worthy of celebrating with awards or respect.
