Recently researchers found that the footage that ABC News said was taken of Turkish forces fighting in Syria, was actually taken from the United States in 2017 at the annual Knobb Creek gun-range machine gun shoot. *I have switched from Windows 10 to Linux Mint, so my microphone might sound strange. I go into the above as well as other things in this video.

Not the first time the mainstream media have been caught trying to pass off ridiculously fake footage to push an agenda. And it won't be the last. It's been going on for such a long time.

Will the corporate mainstream media hold itself accountable ? Of course not.

It can happen. America is the most sophisticated country in the world. They have very sophisticated weaponry and spy satellites. So they can monitor all activities in the world.

I don't understand why they'll stage fake crime scenes, fake videos. There are people online whose job is to check the authenticity of these kind of videos and they fumbled it, ABC has definitely disappointed although one can't really understand this but it boils down to the question if they've been culpable to things like this. It's rather crazy if you ask me

the situation around Syria and terrorism is very sad and heartbreaking, and I really don't understand why people play with it by using some fake photos, videos, stories...

It's the fault of the editor for not properly checking it. They probably got it from a Syrian kurd who gave them wrong footage.
