现在的生活，手机成了必备品。特别是自从智能手机问世以来，人们的生活似乎已经完全离不开手机。虽然手机给人们的生活带来了很多便利，但是任何事物都不可能只有好处没有坏处，手机的负面效果也是非常明显的。

关于手机不好的方面，各种讨论已经很多了。我觉得最负面的还是越来越的多的人，不管在什么时候，都少不了玩手机。走路也好，吃饭也好，甚至朋友聚会，都会忍不住拿出手机一阵玩。到底玩手机能给我们带来什么呢？其实大多数时候，玩手机基本就是在混时间。很多人都有这种感受，就是手机玩起来，时间真是过得飞快，甚至还会耽误正事。有些人开车的时候玩手机，一不留神没准还把命丢了。这就不仅仅是耽误正事了，而是把一生都耽误了。

所以，手机虽然方便，但玩起来还是得克制。不然的话，就可能玩手机丧志了。
