I have the impression that you study Buddhist knowledge.
In this millenary culture we can find many sources of wisdom and reflection.

Siddharta Gautama himself showed to all mankind the splendor of patience and how it fosters the exaltation of the spirit.

So patience is a virtue of wise men.

Many times when we think about Karma we imagine the echo of negative actions of the past, but it is not always the case. They are also the repercussions of our positive actions.
If we gain the knowledge to use our free will wisely, our Karma should be composed of positive and growing up experiences.
