The Orchid network enables a decentralized virtual private network (VPN), allowing users to buy bandwidth from each other while ensuring total privacy and operating without a central authority.

Decentralized, Peer-to-peer, OpenSource, Ethereum-based.

The moment I saw the name after all these months I upvoted 100% and resteemed. This is a great project that deserve a lot of attention. Good job with the Hunt!

It's a good idea, but will need a lot of members with servers for it to be viable. Unless the founders kick things off by setting up a base bandwidth that they can wind down as more people join and it becomes decentralised.

Sure, they may have a chicken and egg problem. But at least they try to address a real need... If it works, that could be huge. Imagine a VPN without any VPN company behind it...

Looks nice decentralized VPN & it's another one of those cool projects that should made huge progress in crypto space. Certainly worth a look if someone chasing a decent VPN built on ERC20. Great Hunt

That's a wonderful idea, one can use crypto assets to use service without being governed by an authority that restrict freedoms. However, it remains to be seen how their crypto are received by people. I hope a lot of people would be interested in using it.

Oh, now VPNs are available on crypto as well. I'm not feeling good with VPNs. Though it seems pretty nice.
