Objective:

Be the first to drag all of the zombies in your lane from the pen at the opposite end of your lane to the pen where you begin.

As you drag the zombies by the neck, you apply a sleeper hold, so they do NOT wake up until you let them go. You just moved 4 spaces south.

Ouch! NOT a good time to roll a one! Dropping is an action and moving is another action.
You could take a chance and drop it or skip your turn and keep holding on so that it doesn't wake up. It's the sleeper hold as you hang onto its neck that is keeping it asleep.
