Yes, the teleports are connected to each other and will transport you back and forth.
The teleport uses an action to activate it.
Tunnels take an action to enter, then another to travel through them.

The tunnel T wasn't on the map until the red button was pushed.
The teleport T's are connected to each other and you can zoom between them as much as you want.
