Steemit Tribes Are Cancerous... Going to Rework My Steem Prediction
Since it seems that Steemit users are trying to regulate tags for their "tribes"....... again, I'm going to rework my prediction on the value of Steem since I see that I had a run-in with these proud Steemit users who love alienating people who have just concerns about where this site is heading, or better yet stayed pretty much the same without any real improvement other than an awesome ad banner because after all they need to find some form of revenue after years of failure... Hey, LOOK! ShitTokens!

If you've been here on Steemit, or on an alternative Steem-powered site, for the past 3 years or more as I have, then you'll see that this is reminiscent of the failure of regulating tags which disproportionately negatively affects smaller accounts or Steem accounts with low Steem power. The golden age of Steemit where Steem was worth... something. The days where there was an increase of these uptight elitist Steem whales wanting to mold the community into their own world view where they control the earning on tags and if you complain, oh no, prepare for the childish flag wars (downvotes). Oh yes... the good old days, or more so the slow end of it, and then after they rose to power... Steemit collapsed. The Steem and Steem dollar value plummeted against the USD after a huge exodus of users who felt alienated by the whales and dolphins, or they were just simply bored with the entire project, after all, this entire project would NEVER actually be used in the mainstream. Sorry Steem, you're not cool and thus you're not popular either and so that leads to my next point:
So fast forward a few months from the heyday of Steem to its sub $.20 value where now users need a minimum of $0.02 SBD in order to get the rewards that they should have originally had in the first place... So much for the Steemit purists today, am I right? LMAO Now today, these people are back at it again, of course, it isn't the traditional camp, it seems to be newer users with friends in high places, or should I say deep seas. Of course, I had an unfortunate run-in with these uptight whales, which greatly reminds me of the complaints I made to other users about downvoting outside of reddit... I mean Steemit years ago... I feel like I have been repeating myself but now with fresh "younger" blood.
I've been noticing not with just myself but people I follow are really upset about bots just downvoting people when they don't post anything but it turns out some of these bots are being used by major whales. No, not bots you say? SO perhaps they aren't all bots of course not, the influential ones certainly aren't bots but actively choose for themselves if your post is "worthy" of their world view...
For example, I can't write a post with it tagged "technology" or else I'm going to get flagged because apparently a "tribe" is regulating that tag. So ALL of my earnings are in the hands of a single whale, no matter if a thousand people upvote my content. Gee I wonder why Steem didn't actually catch steam...

The value of Steem currently is sub .12$ and it turns out that the coin may fall some more, people are just not interested in it and the volume reflects this, not to mention but people powering down and just outright leaving. I was being optimistic with my last prediction about the price of Steem, I stated $.145 by the new year. Nope, after what I'm seeing now and what I've been seeing from commenters, its very clear this site is going back to its old grand failures and the other dapps aren't really helping this... If you thought the price collapse of 2016 was bad, or perhaps 2018, just think. The next price collapse will determine whether Steem maintains its position or it will just be another sub 100 rank shitcoin.
I predict by 2020, new years day, the price of Steem will be under $.11 again... Steem bottomed out at around .10$ earlier within the last 2 months, but it may go lower as governments increase regulations on cryptocurrencies overall in 2020.
These are very just concerns, that I have pressed on for YEARS! If you feel the same or have similar concerns please resteem because the whales don't care, why should they? They actually can earn something, unlike new users struggling to reach $0.02 SBD at 15 steempower.
