New Reward Cards Print Rate/ Drop Rate/ Burn Value
The Hive Blockchain game known as Splinterlands will soon be releasing a set of 21 new Reward edition cards. These 21 new cards are scheduled to be released on Monday, September 13th, 2021. The breakdown of these new cards will be as follows: (1) Three new cards for each Splinter (2) Three Neutral cards (3) Rarity Drops: 6 Common, 8 Rare, 4 Epic, and 3 Legendary cards. With Splinterlands ever growing player base alot of changes were made to the mechanics of these new reward cards. These changes are displayed below.
Collection Power & DEC Burn Value
The new Reward cards will have the same Collection Power and DEC burn rates as the new Chaos Legion set cards will have. These will be half of the Collection Power & DEC burn rate of the Untamed edition cards. The Collection Power & DEC burn rate of gold foil cards will be adjusted to 25x the regular foil version which is down from the 50x previous editions have . The new rates can be seen below:

Print Limits
Do to the level of growth that Splinterlands has been experiencing lately, the print limits for the new Reward edition cards will be 20x the limits of previous Reward edition cards. The new limits are as follows:

Loot Chest Reward Percentages
With the increased print rate of these new Reward Cards the Splinterlands team have decided to change the Reward Chest drop rates. The new drop rates are as follows:

New Abilities
 | Amplify - Increases Magic Reflect, Return Fire, and Thorns damage to all enemy monsters by 1 |
 | Forcefield - This Monster takes only 1 damage from attacks with power 5+ |
 | Camouflage - This Monster cannot be targeted for attacks unless it's in the first position |
 | Deathblow - This Monster does 2x damage if their target is the only Monster left on the enemy team |

I was wondering about the DEC burn value for these new cards. I heard in the AMA that it would be half but I didn't have the chance to see what those values would be. 11 million new cards, if we reach 1 million active users by Christmas like aggroed predicted a last week, that's only 11 cards per user. These may go a lot faster than they intended.
I agree, these will go out of print faster then expected. Looking at the stats on the cards that were shared, these reward cards are very powerful and will likely be very popular.
I'm getting all excited just thinking about getting my hands on them!
