Don't take the medicine.

Pause when someone tries to motivate you with fear.
Pause when someone tries to motivate you with guilt or shame.
Respect the humans in your community.
Embrace those who see the world differently than you.
Celebrate diversity, creativity, life, and freedom.
Share thoughts, art, food, and laughter.

We are connected in some way.
