"SS Edmund Fitzgerald era um cargueiro americano que afundou numa tempestade no Lago Superior em 10 de novembro de 1975, com a perda de toda a tripulação de 29 pessoas. Quando foi inaugurado, em 7 de junho de 1958, era o maior navio nos Grandes Lagos e até hoje é o maior que lá afundou. Os corpos da tripulação nunca foram encontrados e a causa exata do desastre não é conhecida."
Foram emitidas 4.732 unidades e seu preço de lançamento foi de $109,95 CAD.
