COPPA, YouTube and s@$t just got real.
The US government just enacted an archaic law from 1998 called COPPA. Now many children's creators will not be able to make money on YouTube, have any analytics, no way of sharing the video, ect..essentially killing off these channels. This not only effects the US, but all children's creators around the world.
