I've been doing some thinking:

  1. keep the steem payout and buy back NATRL via the market and burn it (increases the value of the NATRL)
  2. post once a day which users you upvotet (and the NATRL you get for it you burn)
  3. ask the Steemians what they think about burning the rewards they don't get as NATRL power once a week? (to increase the value. everyone would benefit!)

Great advice... love the ideas. Definitely a good way to help. We're going to implement a daily post and a weekly burn.
