This is a great idea. I told my kids they will be the maid service and room service and my wife and I will stay in the guest room. They said it's not fair so we have to take turns. I just want to make sure that I am the guest first just to make sure they keep their end of the bargain. !LUV

Hope you will not have to book that room on any accomadation web-site in the future :)
