Initiative: Three exotic pets I would like to have
¡Holi! El día de hoy les comparto mi participación en la iniciativa para hive pets creada por @ilazramusic en la cuál fui invitada por @heleana18.
Me parece una iniciativa bastante interesante puesto que todos hemos pensado alguna vez en tener alguna mascota fuera de lo común en nuestras casas.

I think it's a very interesting initiative since we all have thought at some point in having a pet out of the ordinary in our homes.
Los zorros me parecen unos animales extremadamente preciosos, tienen una personalidad bastante tierna y agradable, suelen adaptarse muy bien a su entorno. Aunque sé que no son animales que deberían de mantenerse en cautiverio dentro de una casa, a veces siento que sería una mejor vida ser mascota que estar expuesto a constantes cazadores por sus pieles.
Sigo a una cuenta en instagram de una chica que tiene a dos zorros de mascotas y la verdad es que se les ve muy felices en su hogar, además de que son tratados con mucho amor.
I find foxes extremely beautiful animals, they have a very tender and nice personality, they tend to adapt very well to their environment. Although I know they are not animals that should be kept in captivity inside a house, sometimes I feel that it would be a better life being a pet than being exposed to constant hunters for their fur.
I follow an instagram account of a girl who has two foxes as pets and the truth is that they look very happy in their home, plus they are treated with a lot of love.
No me vais a negar que nunca quisisteis un panda en casa. Adoro a estos animales, desde que tengo como 10 años siempre he querido uno y, de hecho, le pedía muy seguido a mi mamá que me comprase artículos y prendas referentes a ellos. Tenía gorritos tejidos de panda, camisetas estampadas, leggins. Lo único que me faltaba era cambiarme el nombre.
Considero que la labor tan especial que realizaron los chinos para hacer que ésta especie prevaleciera es digno de admiración. Quién sabe si a día de hoy, 2021, hubiese continuado esta especie si no se hubiese actuado en el momento.

Well, here I have to say that it is a bit extreme to have a white tiger as a pet. Tigers are fantastic animals, but the particularity of the Andean has always caught my attention, although they really still belong to the species of orange tigers.

Para terminar, me gustaría transmitir un mensaje siempre desde el respeto.
Evitemos en la medida de lo posible asistir a zoológicos o lugares dónde puedan exponerse éste tipo de animales exóticos, si bien es cierto que como seres humanos sentimos curiosidad por presenciar en vivo y directo a distintas especies, también debemos considerar que estos animales pasan gran parte de su vida aislados y siendo torturados.
No somos quiénes para imponernos por sobre ellos, pese a que tengamos la capacidad de pensar y razonar, eso no nos pone por encima de las otras especies. Debemos respetarlas y también movernos para abolir las injusticias cometidas contra ellos.
Es preferible, trabajar apoyando a santuarios, a personas dedicadas a preservar la vida de estos animales, a cuidar de su especie y de su hábitat. Porque a fin de cuentas, en el mundo siempre habrá suficiente espacio tanto para ellos como para nosotros. Evitar comprar artículos que estén hechos con sus pieles y protégelos.

Finally, I would like to convey a message always from the point of view of respect.
Let's avoid as much as possible to attend zoos or places where this type of exotic animals can be exposed, although it is true that as human beings we are curious to witness live and direct different species, we must also consider that these animals spend much of their lives isolated and being tortured.
We are not the ones to impose ourselves over them, even though we have the capacity to think and reason, that does not put us above other species. We must respect them and also move to abolish the injustices committed against them.
It is preferable to work supporting sanctuaries, people dedicated to preserve the life of these animals, to take care of their species and their habitat. Because at the end of the day, there will always be enough space in the world for them and for us. Avoid buying items that are made with their fur and protect them.
