in Prora auf Rügen habe ich nicht nur eine Dampflok gefunden, aber ich werde nur von diesen berichten. Spannend ist die Geschichte, die hinter dieser Lok steck. Es ist doch für mich spannt zu erfahren wie ist die Lok eigentlich ins Museum gekommen und was ist Ihre Vorgeschichte ist.

Gebaut wurde diese Dampflok 1945, die Typenbezeichnung ist „KDL 1“. Sie wird auch als Kriegslokomotive bezeichnet. Aber was ist an dieser Lok so besonders? Nun diese Lok wurde unter schwierigen Bedingung gebaut, hier wurden nur Materialien genutzt, die in Deutschland vorhanden waren. Es wurde auf Metalle verzichte, die Deutschland im Krieg nicht hatte, wie zum Beispiel Kupfer. Das hatte auch viele Nachteile, ein relativ hoher Brennstoffverbrauch und eine begrenzte Lebensdauer waren nur ein davon.

Ausgeliefert wurde diese Dampflok an die DRB - Deutsche Reichsbahn [D] unter der Nummer "52 2887. Ungefähr 1949 wurde die DRB in DR - Deutsche Reichsbahn [DDR] umbenannt. Diese Lok wurden instand gehalten und so wurde die Lok 30.06.1967 umgebaut durch Reichsbahnausbesserungswerk in Stendal [DDR]. Hier wurde unter anderem der Verbrennungskammer-Kessel, der Mischvorwärmer und Achslagerstellkeilen geändert. Dadurch bekam diese Lok eine neue Nummer, die Umzeichnung lautete "52 8190".

3 Jahre später wurde diese Lok wieder umbenannt in "52 8190-2" und war bis 1988 im Einsatz. Doch 1990 wurde die Dampflok wieder umgebaut durch Reichsbahnausbesserungswerk Meiningen [D]. Sie wurde dann nur noch zur nicht fahrfähigen Heizlok (NHL) genutzt. Das heißt sie wurde für das Aufwärmen von Wagen im Winter genutzt, aber auch als stationäre Heizanlagen, Gebäuden oder Weichen. Zum letztem Mal wurde dann die Lok umbenannt in "052 190-6". 1993 wurde die Dampflok an das Eisenbahn- und Technik-Museum Rügen GmbH in Binz (Rügen)-Prora [D] verkauft und sie bekam dann ihre vorletzte Nummer zurück "52 8190-2".

Seit 2019 steht diese Dampflok im Oldtimer Museum Rügen in Binz auf Rügen. Dort habe ich sie fotografiert, es ist doch sehr spannend, was hinter so einer unscheinbaren Dampflok dahintersteckt.
