After climbing to the Prairie view summit, (and it was a super hike) now it is about that time to return back from whence I came, however with this hike there is an second option to return. You are actually able to make it a full circle hike. This was a much better option, as I get to see new terrain for the whole hike, as opposed to backtracking and seeing the same stuff. The choice for me was obvious. Only problem was the trail wasn’t marked well. Honestly, I am not sure why they do not mark trails properly? You ask yourself, do I turn left or is it to the right. So you have to go both ways sometimes until you determine if you are going the right way, or if you need to turn around and get back on track. Photos taken inside Kananaskis country, Alberta.

Ha ha ha :))... Please my friend, be careful not to get lost on an unmarked trail!... Be that as it may, these are beautiful photos, always eloquent and exquisitely natural... Today I was delighted to see the trail with conifer forest in black and white!...

Very nice nature photos and the black and white. Hope you didn’t run into any snow out there for I heard there was some already.
These pics are from early September, so no snow! But now, snow is a reality. I may go out in mid Nov for some winter fun, looking forward to that.
Love the shot's thru the trees. It definitely better to go full circle instead of on the same way back. To many of those trails down here if you ask me. Regardless they always good times.
The full circle ended up taking a lot longer than expected, but it was worth it in the end!
