My Actifit Report Card: April 7 2020
Empty roads, empty walking path. It looks strange.
It's good that I can go to the garage, cut myself off from everything, and do a good workout.
Today a little less than yesterday - muscle soreness has weakened me a bit. I gave as much as I could. Hour workout at a slightly lower intensity.
We have 7 April, I have 7 different physical activities, over 4k calories burned - it's not bad.
Na drogach pusto, na ścieżce spacerowej pusto. Dziwnie to wszystko wygląda. Dobrze, że mogę iść do garażu, odciąć się zupełnie od wszystkich spraw, i wykonać dobry trening.
Dziś nieco słabiej niż wczoraj - zakwasy w mięśniach nieco mnie osłabiły. Dałem z siebie tyle, ile tylko mogłem. Godzina treningu zaliczona, na nieco mniejszej intensywności.
Mamy 7 Kwietnia, mam zaliczonych 7 różnych aktywności fizycznych, ponad 4k spalonych kalorii - nie jest źle.
