My Actifit Report Card: May 5 2021

Happy Wednesday everyone!

My husband was in the house and he went to work. As a wife, my duty is to help him prepare. So, I prepared our meal, his coffee, and washed the dishes after.

I didn't do much activity during the day because of the climate again. Then, suddenly a relative invited me this afternoon to conduct a bible study. I was just sitting in front of my iPad for two hours. That time, I already know that I won't achieve 10,000 steps today. However, I'm in a blissful state after the spiritual activity.

Subsequently, after dinner, I decided to walk around the house to reach at least 5k. I'm grateful that our crib is large enough. I walked from room to room- kitchen, dining, living area, stairs and etc.
