This is very emotional to us, Manchester United fans. We have been waiting for this moment for 3 months and its great that is finally coming in few hours from now. Manchester United plays Sheffield United today, 24th June, 2020 at Old Trafford. This game is a very important game for both teams as both teams will fight for a spot to the next season's UEFA Champions League.

The Race For UEFA Champions League Spot

Manchester United is currently sitting at the 5th position with 46 points while Sheffield United is currently sitting at 8th position with 44 points. As you can see if Sheffield wins, they climb to the 5th position, so its a very tough game for both teams. Manchester United on the other hand is trying to close the gap with Chelsea who is at the 4th position with 51 points and Leicester City who is at the 3rd position with 55 points to get a spot in next season's UEFA Champions League. It's a must win game for both teams.

Ole should change his tactics for this game. Manchester United's tactics under Ole is counter attack. This tactics has helped us win our noisy neighbor both home and away and top 10 teams, but this tactics hasn't been effective against bottom half teams. Why? Against the Top Teams, they act us, and defend and score on counters, but against the Bottom Teams, they sit back, and we don't know how to break down their defense and that's the reason we bought Bruno Fernedes, although he has been great but the problem is still there. James has not been the best player to play against the bottom teams, because he can't dribble pass players, so he is not effective against bottom teams at all. I will introduce players who can hold the ball. Fred, Pogba and Bruno would be my pick for the midfielders because they can distribute the ball very well. Rashford, Martial and Greenwood would be my pick for the attackers.
