Let's vote for the proposal to reduce the Power Down period to 4 weeks by @thecryptodrive
Hello friends steemiant a few weeks ago I made a publication requesting the support of all of you to help a friend @thecryptodrive in that publication I asked you to vote for him as a witness since at that time he was out of the ranking of the first 20, on that occasion you all helped to make it a reality.
At this moment @thecryptodrive, and thanks to everyone, it is already within the first 10, it is a success which I share with you all.
The proposal that is taking @thecryptodrive is something that would benefit us all on the platform, currently to perform a Power Down we must wait 13 weeks I know that for us or for the majority of those in Steemit it is a long time.
This is a consensus proposal to allow witnesses and all interested parties to vote on this change in this way that change could be implemented in the next HF, thus registering their approval in the chain.
He proposes in his proposal to change the current shutdown program from 13 weeks to 4 weeks in the next SMT Hard Fork, here I leave the link of the publication where he makes the proposal

The answer is very easy, you just have to go to Voting platforms

Once you are in the voting window several proposals are shown, however you must select the one proposed by @thecryptodrive you can see in the image where you must select to vote.

You put your Steem user and you can connect with any of the two options that appear there, (Steemconnect o Steem-Keychain.)
I select Steemconnect and take me to this other window to validate my selection.
It will show you another window where you must confirm your username and password again to be able to cast your vote.
This way you would be supporting that proposal to change the current shutdown program from 13 weeks to 4 weeks in the next SMT Hard Fork

Because if he is the one who likes to downvote people to force his will upon others throat with 20 other accounts I prefer the 13 weeks.
I find it dangerous to vote on a witness just out of one reason.
Even dictators were chosen for more as one by the people. 🤔
If you know you need to power down you can do each week a certain amount like @fitinfun does and be sure your payout is never (100%).

This is an interesting topic but before I start talking to you I would like to know what benefits bring power down in 4 weeks in addition to getting the money from your Steem power fast, do not you think that this could rather harm the platform by doing that the big accounts will move away and leave steemit to be able to withdraw their money so quickly?
