It was such a lovely reception at OCD

that if feels as if this might be the right community to share my youtube videos.

I do so still

wish to upload to #3speak but not sure how to do so without double posting? Oh well, the life of a new 'trying to be' Youtuber...

I've dubbed my Friday's Floral Fridays

as I'm always making flower arrangements for the house, because I simply love the garden and gathering things to make other things. The artist in me.

I also used to own a retail flower shop years ago

and I can tell you I shall never open a physical retail shop again. Nothing will kill a passion and love MORE than having to sling your wares to the great unwashed 8 days a week! I didn't touch a flower for a year after we sold that place...

But that was then and this is now and I make them for my own enjoyment

and hopefully for anyone who happens upon my videos.

I have to say, one has to go into YOUTUBE wide-eyed and realistic

knowing full well no one, I mean not a person at all, may see all your hard work. So, you had better make sure what you are making is fun-ish and has some value to you.

For me, keeping a running tally of what we will be doing here at our house

is of value to me, so I can at the very least say I am simply wasting time I should be in the studio painting with faffing about with cameras and editing, but in the end, I'll have a record of what I planted, what I did this day, the day the workmen came for the new water line etc.

Anyway, on with the show...
