[Week117]: Thank you, Hive
One of my favourite platforms is ending this weekend, which I never anticipated. I read a depressing post that the Hive admins wrote last Saturday. According to what I've read, all user accounts on this platform will be permanently deleted by Sunday at 10 PM UTC and the Hive platform will no longer allow any registrations via any of its frontends. In that piece, not much information about the cause was provided. Many people have conflicting feelings, including anger and sadness. Another group of whales is rushing to release its staked HBD, HIVE, and HP.
Other Discord servers are being messed with by users. Everyone is alert and inquiring about what is happening in the Hive from the administrators of each community. Sadly, not even an administrator can respond. Furthermore, I don't have many Hives to withdraw from this platform because I'm a new user with a low reputation. But when I realize that it won't open again, my sadness is deep. I started here last June 2022. I initially had trouble understanding what was being done on this site.
Here at Hive, there are more opportunities than on other platforms. You can find many communities that will value you. These are just a few of the ones that everyone finds depressing: you're used to speaking with people of different ethnicities here, you write thoughtful posts, and yet ultimately simply one post can make you depressed.
However, want to write a note of gratitude to everyone because I can do nothing to stop this.
Thank you very much to all of my Hive friends present for the wonderful memories you have given me. Thank you to everyone who reads my blogs and to the wonderful curators who continue to promote some of them.
I have had meaningful days when I have written on this platform. The days when I get to speak with a lot of other content producers are my favourites. I learned a lot throughout my brief stay at Hive, including the importance of generosity and the need to help others much as @HivePH helped me. I'm hoping that some of us will continue Hive's legacy. I am aware that our path has not yet come to an end but is just getting started- new opportunities will come our way.
I am aware that the coming days will be miserable, but I am hopeful that we will eventually come to terms with the administrators' decision. Some people will get bitter, but it is also preferable that we see the positive aspects of this community; Hive has greatly aided many people, including me. I'll remember Hive as one of the most reliable platforms I've ever used.
In any case, I'm overjoyed to be a part of this group. It's a little sad, but I'm sure we'll cross paths again. At the conclusion of our adventure in the hive, I hope that we will exercise patience when using new platforms and continue to support the initiatives in other crypto communities.
This is UsagiDee,
Now signing off.
Hep, hep, hep! Guys, don't worry too much—this is just another concept that @galenkp came up with—all it's just based on my wild imagination, lol.
Anyways, thank you for stopping by and I hope that you like my entry for this WE117 concept. Ciao!!!!
That's a heartfelt letter of gratitude :) Hopefully, none of that will happen and Hive will continue to thrive and we do too :)
I can see that Hive was made with a good foundation. We will still see this getting better that's for sure. ❤️❤️
True that :) So let's keep building while Hive gets better and better :)
Yeah!!! @ifarmgirl thank you so much for stopping by! 💖😊 Did not expect that some users here will read my entry because I was gone for a few days...
You are very welcome :) Lucky you I am here to read, lol! Kidding aside, have a wonderful Monday to you. Hope you're doing okay?
I am sooooooo much grateful sis!!
Actually I am not that good. I just had a breakdown moment last Saturday due to lots of paperwork in school. I also suffer insomia 3 nights now. Online studying is really chaotic and stressful.
Oh, I am sorry to hear. Hope you can have some good sleep and will feel better real soon. It can be challenging to have not slept for days and still do paper works. Here in our place, students are back to school although 2-3 days a week only.
Yeah. Actually my head is now starting to feel unwell. I wanted to sleep but a lot of workloads were coming my way. I am still in online class and have a class 4 days a week.
Hope your teachers will adjust your paper loads next time. It won't be healthy when sleep is not enough because it will surely affect your day-to-day performance.
Aigoooo hope so. I am really longing for some sleep huhu.
Hope you had a nice sleep last night :) Have a fabulous Tuesday girl :)
Thankfuly sis I had full 8 hrs of sleep... same with you sis!! ❤❤
Yay! That's really good then :)
Hive is a good friends when we alone and when we boring. When I boring I use the hive and play some game from the hive blog. That is cool and no need the poison people. Stay alone is some time ok. I also thank to hive.
Hello @trend-setter what is that game? is that the splinter,,??
Yes.
Sorry we didn’t get the chance to interact before this. Thanks for sharing your post. Goodbye😜
Ahihihhi but this isn't a totally goodbye. 😂😂
Haha!! I know. It’s kind of fun making it sound real. I really hope it does truly become that way. !LOLZ
Hive has brought out the best in most of us, and it will be very sad to let go. Thank God this is just our wide imagination for this weekend concept.
Don't worry, I know we can still see Hive in the future. ❤️❤️
🥰😊😊❤🤗
