So At LeoFinance Needs a Notification Thingy.

So I'm using my @Peakd account to check my @LeoFinance notifications then forget to reply from LeoFinance for the #cryptofinance initiative. We really need one of those notification bell thingys on Leo. Besides the lack of notifications, I'm loving it here. Just thought I'd put that out there.

I agree! At the moment we could use GINAbot for notifications, but if I click on the link it takes me to peakd or hive.blog. So every time I have to manually go to my replies and answer the comments from there.

It's kinda broken since the last HF though. I get notifications for the replies and transfers, but not for votes or author rewards.

It seems strange that they don't have it when it looks like they use a variation on the Peakd software. Notifications are essential really.

Of course I did this reply in peakd :)

I thought the same thing. I'm guessing because it's a community and not a fork though, that's probably where things get complicated. Either way though, you could always answer your other posts from LeoFinance for Peakd or whatever dApp you're using.

Looks similar to PeakD, but different software ;)

The team is planning to work on notifications, but it won't be similar to PeakD's. It will use something that is more customizable and allows various styles of push notis 🚀
