Passive Income with DLease

Hi everyone,

I remember some talks in the early 2000s about introducing a small fee for every email that was about to be sent, with the target to help reducing spam. As example, sending a million email for a fee of a tenth of a cent would start would make the spam industry completely different from what we currently have, and would go transparent for standard emails.

On Hive everything comes with a cost (resources cost for any action), plus the 0.001 HIVE needed for sending a note. This is an interesting aspect, and the reality is that we don't see too many spam on the blockchain.

I know that some of the Hive front-ends implement a filter of 0.001 transactions, but I don't know if this feature is really used. Even so, it is interesting to see @project.hope and @crypto.piotr using bigger transfer to promote one post or another.

To be honest, I really take my time to check those posts and comments that are promoted via such transfers, and this way I just found about the existence of DLease.io. And it was a pleasant surprise to see there's a functional market for leasing HP...

At the moment there are 84 leases requests summing up to a total of 91407 HP, and an impressive 3060 running leases.

A nice coincidence was to discover that the best available APR is 14.60% (APR = annual percentage rate), which matches the business model that I use to drive and monitor the performance of my own account (0.3 weekly growth rate).

A nice source of passive income, isn't it? I already signed a contract for 1100 HIVE, and I'm considering getting a second one.
