I just know that nobody works for free, working for free is considered slavery and it was abolished years ago.
If it's any consolation, I wanted to make a btc transfer and the commission was 10 dollars, and what I wanted was to activate a wallet and transfer 2 dollars in satoshis, this in an international cryptocurrency exchange

Yeah it's not worth doubt any BTC transfers under $100 if you are going to do small transactions it's better to use the Lightning network
