I am not sure how RBI still treating crypto. I guess they are not recognizing any monetary transactions done by using crypto.

Yes I also think it would take a lot more time for them to bring some kind of regulation with Cryptocurrencies. It is quite hard to track people or make them pay tax for using Cryptocurrencies. I guess it will become reality only when we move to a no tax economy which is still a dream.
