If you can do it without powering down (something like 50/50 posts plus delegation earnings plus an income stream from H-E/farming) it’s probably a gamble worth taking. Especially if your move is to a place with a lower cost of living.
That said, posting earnings can be quite fickle.

As it stands now I'm earning quite a bit more on Hive than from Amazon, and I'm not even trying that hard.
I have enough money to live on for years at this point even without the blog rewards.
